The HIV/AIDS/Homelessness, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services core program is designed to address individuals presenting with a cluster of risk factors that are a reality in communities that are characterized by the socio-demographic characteristics of poverty, minority status, illiteracy/low literacy, all forms of violence and overall disempowerment. The ultimate goal of this program is engagement, identification of need and acceptance of treatment for any of the above issues.

Thelma Gibson Health Initiative provides free and confidential HIV/AIDS Testing and Counseling for those aged 14 and up.
